    IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTICE

    To finalize your application, you are required to pay a portion of the fee in advance. Please make a payment of JPY 55,000 (tax inc.) via bank transfer to the bank account provided below within 10 working days after you submit your application form. Please note that your spot for the applied course is not confirmed until your initial payment is received by TRA.

    If for some reason you are unable to pay by bank transfer, please fill in the comments box with this Form.

    Please make the rest of the payment two months before your course takes place. For example, if you are participating in April, we expect the rest of the payment from you by the end of February.

    Once you submit this application form, you will receive a reply e-mail from us to confirm the receipt of your application form. Please find our bank information required to make payments in that reply e-mail.
